RULES & REGULATIONS

1. Come to have Fun
2. No bad sportsmanship will be tolerated. If anyone associated with the pageant witnesses such
behaivor, you will be disqualified with NO REFUND and any and all gifts will be forfeited.
3. If there are any questions or concerns regarding our Pageant or our system, we ask that you respectfully
come forth to either Bonni Verhine or Ashleigh Connell (NGMPS Directors) to address the issue. If we can possibly, fairly
and per our rules and regulations make you happy, we will.
PLEASE NOTE: IF ANY PARENT, FAMILY MEMBER, ETC. OF A COMPETING CONTESTANT IS OBSERVED
LURKING AT THE JUDGES TABLE,LOOKING OVER THEIR SHOULDERS OR OTHERWISE. YOU WILL BE MADE TO LEAVE THE PREMISES IMMEDIATELY
WITH *NO REFUNDS* GIVEN. THIS KIND OF BEHAVIOR AND BAD SPORTSMANSHIP WILL
NOT BE TOLERATED AT ALL FROM ANYONE.
It is very UNFORTUNATE that this rule has to made BUT their are some that think cheating is an option and
in NGMPS this will NOT be tolerated!
4. There
are NO REFUNDS unless pageant is cancelled on any deposits or fees paid. Please note that in the event of dangerous
weather conditions preventing a pageant to hold on its original date the pageant will not be cancelled but rescheduled, no
refunds will be given under these circumstances. We plan our budgets appropriately and since each of our contestants
receive at least a Princess Title, we are unable to offer any refunds.
If probable cause or unfortunate happenings
occur we will discuss the possibility of rolling your payments over to a future pageant.
5. We are a NATURAL PAGEANT SYSTEM...
ABSOLUTLY NO MAKE-UP on any contestant under the age of 5. Ages 5
and up may wear LIGHT, AGE-APPROPRIATE make-up. We do have our Judges score on NATURAL FACIAL BEAUTY, therefore be sure
they can see THROUGH THE MAKE-UP.
6.
We do not allow hair pieces, false eyelashes or flippers.
7. Contestants may wear a Pageant Dress, Sunday Best or Flower Girl Dress. Our Judges do not judge on
the beauty of the dress, rather the fit, color coordination and the age appropriateness of the dress. We do not
want to see any cleavage, tummies or open sides, please be modest.
8. We DO NOT give out score sheets.
9. NGMPS honors a 30 day grace period for age division competion. (i.e. contestant has turned or will turn 6 within
30 days of the scheduled pageant date.)
To
qualify to move forward or backwards, we MUST see a birth certificate.
10.NGMPS Directors reserve the right to combine age divisions with less than 2 contestants.
** Occasionally we will have Professional Photography available at our pageants. In the event that we do, there
is NO CAMERAS allowed** There will be an email sent out to all registered contestants prior to the pageant to let you know
about photography **
